Our venues team stays actively involved after launch, checking in regularly, gathering feedback from members, and working with you to improve performance over time.
If something is not working, your availability, how your venue is being positioned, or the types of dates being booked, we do not ignore it. We work with you to adjust and improve it.

FateDate uses venues in two different ways depending on the experience:
Member selected dates
In most cases, members choose your venue when proposing a date. Your space becomes part of the decision and is booked like a normal reservation once accepted.
FateDate selected dates
In some cases, such as blind dates or structured experiences, FateDate selects the venue on behalf of both members.
In both cases, your venue is part of a real, intentional date, not random footfall.
